What Other People Just Like You Are Saying About Reclaim Your Strength Physical Therapy…

Alie

"Working with Diana changed my life. Before having a baby I was very athletic. I ran and lifted regularly. Diastasis recti and the pain that it caused wrecked all of that for a year and a half, but the one-on-one work that I did with Diana got me back on track. I have no more pain and I'm back to the gym, feeling better than ever."

Alessandra

"I saw Diana after having my first baby and I cannot recommend her strongly enough. She was incredible! I had a fairly typical birth and felt pretty recovered, but felt weak in my pelvic floor, especially when working out. A friend of mine recommended Diana and I was really happy that I didn't have to go on a long waitlist (which was something I had heard could be a big issue). We worked on pelvic floor strength postpartum and as I went back to teaching Zumba several months later, she made me feel confident that I was ready for the increased physical activity. She gave me exercises to work on that fit my schedule and built each session. And best of all she came to my house! Which was perfect with a new baby! I am happy to know that I am working to rebuild my pelvic floor strength with the knowledge of how to do so properly. And I know this will help me as I get older and have additional kids."

Are you ready to get back to running or other high impact exercise, but not quite sure how to push yourself without getting injured ? Are you disappointed because whenever you run or jump you leak or have pain and it's holding you back from getting to a higher level of fitness?

Over the years I've worked with many people for not only pelvic floor issues, but also sports/athletic related injuries.  I find many people don't have a solid understanding of how to properly start a new physical activity and progressively challenge themselves without getting hurt. Many postpartum women face an even greater challenge since they are still healing and experiencing hormonal changes. Just like you, I was once there, trying to figure out how to safely resume my higher intensity workouts.  My own journey has led to my passion in helping postpartum women get back to their prior level of fitness.

You don’t have to sacrifice the workouts you love over problems that can be fixed. That’s why we made this free guide just for you.

You see, every postpartum woman trying to get back to running or higher level exercise  in Boston and surrounding areas asks us the same questions…

  • Why do I keep having new issues every time I try to push myself more with my workouts?
  • Why do I keep leaking when I run?
  • Am I going to have to just walk or only do low impact exercise forever?

We have good news: you can get back to higher level exercises and running without issues. There is still more that can be done and we’re here to show you the way.

Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.

The one thing we can guarantee is that by doing nothing, you won't make progress with your fitness program.

So the next important thing is to take action.
